Photo by Lily Piel These are our laying hens on pasture. We run a flock of 100 Golden Buffs and Rhode Island Reds. They roost and lay in a large house on wheels, "the eggmobile," and on all but the nastiest days, you will find them outside scratching in the grass (or snow!), feeding on organic grains, green plants, bugs and fresh water. Our chickens are certified organic by MOFGA.

We offer beef by the 1/2, 1/4 or 1/8 animal. We will walk you through what this means, what cuts to expect, etc. if you are interested. Beef is available in November, vacuum packed, labelled and frozen.
Meat chickens are sold whole-- fresh within 5 days of slaughter, or frozen after that. Birds are vacuum sealed, labelled with a weight and contain the giblets. Chickens are available on three dates through out the summer.
